Our uniquely designed program offers personal training in a class setting, integrating education with fitness to enhance the overall experience. We have developed 4 distinct class types, each with a specific focus to deepen participants' understanding of their bodies and exercise techniques.   • These four classes are designed to run multiple times throughout the week, with each session focusing on a specific muscle group.

    This structured approach ensures that participants engage in a comprehensive workout regimen, allowing for targeting all muscles by the end of each training week.

  • As part of our class activities, we implement level tracking, where participants receive a stamp each time they achieve a new level in a specific exercise.

    This system enables individuals to monitor their progress on a monthly basis, fostering awareness of areas that may require additional focus.

    Alongside level tracking, we also host monthly challenges that culminate in rewards for the winners, adding an element of motivation and fun to the learning process.
