As a member, you have the flexibility to choose your training days and hours, creating a schedule that fits your lifestyle. Once selected, these hours remain fixed for the duration of your membership, ensuring consistency in your fitness experience.

Your schedule is established upon registration. If you wish to amend your schedule, you have the option to do so under our three cancellation policy, which allows you to change your time slots or days for up to three sessions during an active membership.
